Susanne Schuster Saidi was born in the Canton of Zurich and raised in central Switzerland.
She is now married and lives in Emmen, near Lucerne.
She started her career in administration in the hospital and insurance fields, and then worked 19 years as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry.
She dedicates herself intensively to painting since 2004, encouraged by life circumstances and experiences that shaped her life.
